To all persons who: (1) were designated by World Financial Group as independent contractors; and (2) who performed services for World Financial Group in the State of California during the period from December 28, 2014 through December 31, 2023 under the title of Training Associate, Associate, Senior Associate, Marketing Director, and/or Senior Marketing Director (or if any such person is incompetent, deceased, or unavailable due to military service, the person’s legal representative or successor in interest evidenced by reasonable verification).
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT
DO NOTHING
If you do nothing in response to this Notice and the Court grants final approval of the Settlement, you will receive an Individual Class Payment, you will be bound by the terms of the Settlement, and you will be deemed to have released the Released Class Claims against the Released Parties.
REQUEST EXCLUSION
If you do not wish to participate in the class action aspects of the Settlement, you must submit a Request for Exclusion which must be completed, dated, signed by you, and returned to the Settlement Administrator by mail postmarked by July 28, 2025.
OBJECT
You may object to the Settlement of the Class Claims by mailing a Notice of Objection to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than July 28, 2025. You will have a right to appear at the Final Approval Hearing to have your objections heard orally by the Court whether or not you submit a written objection. The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for August 13, 2025, at 9 a.m., in Department 301 at the Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco, 400 McAllister Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.
