URGENT: YOU MAY BE RECEIVING MORE UNDER THIS SETTLEMENT THAN STATED IN YOUR RECENT NOTICE
ALL PARTICIPATING CLASS MEMBERS ARE ESTIMATED TO RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF $46.45 UNDER THIS SETTLEMENT
We have recently been made aware that class member notices recently mailed by the court-appointed settlement administrator included an incomplete estimated settlement payment amount.
Please be aware that all Participating Class Members will receive an individual share of the portion of Net Settlement Funds allocated to the Reimbursement Claims which is estimated to be approximately $46.45. This amount will be in addition to the amount included in your notice of settlement.
For example, if you received a notice stating that you were to receive $0, your actual estimated recovery would be $46.45.
We apologize for this inconvenience. You do not need to do anything in order to receive the corrected settlement payment amount. If you have any questions, or would like to confirm your estimated total recovery amount, please call 1-855-766-2620.
